This is Rada's largest paring knife, with a 4⅜" non-serrated blade (8⅜” overall). It provides comfort and versatility, making it the perfect knife for paring jobs big or small. RECOMMENDED USES
You'll find that the straight-edge blade glides easily through nearly any food. Making potato salad for a picnic or sweet potatoes for a holiday meal is a breeze with this knife. It easily slices tough foods like beets, but allows for well-controlled cutting of onions, cabbage, and meat. When it comes right down to it, it can cut just about anything you put in its way.

To assure our customers get the best-slicing knives available, all Rada blades are crafted from surgical-quality, T420 high-carbon stainless steel then hollow ground to create a concave cutting edge, making our knives incredibly sharp with lifetime durability. When needed, non-serrated blades can be resharpened using Rada’s Quick Edge Knife Sharpener.
HANDLE
This knife has two handle options. The silver handle is made from permanently cast brushed aluminum and has a satin finish. The black handle is constructed from stainless steel resin. Both are incredibly durable and fit beautifully into any kitchen décor.
