Mountain Cookin' with Missy's Rotini Pasta Salad -- a delicious side for the whole family to enjoy.
Kitchenware
- 1 Bowl - Large
- 1 Spoon, spatula or pasta fork
Ingredients

16 oz box rotini pasta

1 large cucumber
-
1 c chopped tomatoes
-
1 red onion - diced

1 15oz bottle Italian dressing (you may not use it all)

5 tbs 5-6 tbs McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning (this is what makes it good!)

Parmesan Cheese for garnish
Directions
Cook rotini according to directions. (16 oz box rotini pasta)
Drain and rinse with cool water to cool the pasta. Drain off excess water.
In a large bowl, mix the pasta and veggies. (1 large cucumber, 1 c chopped tomatoes, 1 red onion - diced)
To start, pour in about half the bottle of the dressing. Toss pasta to coat. (1 15oz bottle Italian dressing)
Add seasoning and stir. You may want to add more dressing and more seasoning, adjust to taste. (5 tbs 5-6 tbs McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning)
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. (Parmesan Cheese for garnish)
