An old-fashioned peanut butter dessert and one of our favorite peanut butter recipes--Aunt Patty's Peanut Butter Pinwheels!
Ingredients

1 lb Powdered Sugar

1 cup Powdered Sugar (1 - 2 Cups to Form a Dough)

8 tbsp Unsalted Butter - Melted

3 tbsp Evaporated Milk (add additional milk, if needed)

1 tsp Vanilla

1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (add more, if preferred)
Directions
In a large bowl, , add the 1 lb. sugar, butter and milk. (1 lb Powdered Sugar, 8 tbsp Unsalted Butter - Melted, 3 tbsp Evaporated Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla)
Stir while adding ingredients until consistency is stiff enough to form a smooth dough. If needed, add additional milk or sugar to get desired consistency.
Dust a flat surface with some powdered sugar, place the dough on the sugar and roll out to desired thickness into a square. (1 cup Powdered Sugar)
Spread the peanut butter evenly all the way to the edges of the flattened dough. (1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter)
With your fingers, start at the farthest edge and begin to roll up the dough square, tucking the roll inward as you roll it toward yourself.
Cut into piece using dental floss or thread.
