Directions

1. In a saucepan, whisk flour, sugar, and cocoa till combined.

2. Add in the milk and stir till cocoa is incorporated.

3. Place saucepan on med heat and bring to a boil till thickens, whisking constantly.

4. Add in butter and vanilla.
5. If too thick, thin with a little water.
6. Serve immediately over hot biscuits with additional butter.
