Mountain Cookin' with Missy's Cream Cheese Frosting -- a delicious homemade frosting.

  • 1 Hand mixer or counter top mixer
  • 1 Spatula
Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 c 8oz blocks of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 c unsalted butter softened
  • 4-6 c powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Whip together till fluffy. (2 c 8oz blocks of cream cheese, 1 c unsalted butter softened)

  2. Add: 4-6 cups powdered sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract. (4-6 c powdered sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract)

  3. Whip till fluffy (bout 2-3 minutes)
