Directions
Whip together till fluffy. (2 c 8oz blocks of cream cheese, 1 c unsalted butter softened)
Add: 4-6 cups powdered sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract. (4-6 c powdered sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract)
Whip till fluffy (bout 2-3 minutes)
Recipe Note
This will frost a 3 layer, 9-inch or 8-inch cake.
The recipe can be divided in half for smaller cakes.
